Healing Trauma

In a 2007 article by Yoga Journal in the Holistic Healing section, therapeutic intervention with yoga is discussed, especially the research and findings of well-known PTSD specialist & professor, Bessel van der Kolk, who found and explored yoga for himself before using it as a healing tool.
